Mactan–Cebu International Airport is the 2nd busiest airport in the Philippines. Located in Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island, it covers an area of almost 1,000 hectares. With almost 20 million passengers each year. It is also one of the busiest airports in the country behind the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila.
