Macau International Airport

Macau International Airport is the sole international airport serving Macau, which is situated on the southern shore of Taipa Island. The airport is on reclaimed land, not more than a kilometer from the shoreline. The airport was previously the home of the Portuguese Air Force, but on 17 April 2006 it was returned to Macau and became the first airport owned by Macau. The airport is now operated by the Airports Authority of Macao. Macau International Airport is a single terminal serving regional routes. Good ground transport options to Macau city. The new Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge connections to Hong Kong and Mainland China are now more convenient and accessible.
